【请教】打算买款容量大一点的2.5存硬盘，请大家指点

目前在美国，打算通过网站购买一块大一点的2.5硬盘用于T43的第二硬盘，对具体性能和价格了解不多，希望大家指点：

运行环境：T43通过第二硬盘接口接入

用途：数据资料备份，软件，电影储存等

要求：接口能够兼容，运行稳定，声音较轻的基础上，尽可能的提高速度

可以上SATA的第二硬盘托架啊,现在大容量硬盘基本都是SATA的了
