rtx好得多,特别需要渲染,很多引擎都带光追支持了,效率成倍增加

为何无法180°。。。 为了散热。

屏轴的设计分为两类,一种是传统的转轴设计,这类转轴设计通常不会有超过180度的翻转能力
还有一类是可以开合180°的下沉式转轴设计和铰链式转轴:
下沉式转轴则会采用与主机相连,在翻转时使活动部位下沉,从而达成翻转效果的设计。
而另一种则是铰链的设计,这种设计会使得屏幕和和机器主体部分处于并行位置,通过两个链式链接的铰链来翻转笔记本屏幕。

设计和开发出这种180°开合的第一家laptop厂家是IBM THINK系列,自然lenove也就遗传了这种血统。

下沉式转轴,屏幕可以180°开合,开合后屏幕会低于机体,美观,屏幕翻转后可以贴在桌面


铰链式屏轴,屏幕180°开合,开合后屏幕会高于机体,屏幕翻转后与桌面有一定的空隙


dell之前常规商务机型就是铰链式屏轴设计。所以屏幕开合后都是高于机体本身,这种屏轴基本上都是全金属,耐用性极佳,开合上万次都不会有问题,阻尼感也极佳,单手开合有阻力。

这款依照隔壁帖子的截图来看,这两款姐妹花是转轴设计思路,所以不能开合180°。。。。


这就引起另外一个话题,为何要使用转轴式设计。。。这种设计一是为了使用较短的排线,否则开合到180°排线经常的来回伸缩是非常不利的。
显示屏跟电脑主题之间是通过排线连接的,由于空间有限,所以一般厂商使用的排线长度都有限制,那么显示器能向后翻转的角度就不会到180度。 但是依照目前的工艺来说,排线不应该是主因。

从隔壁帖子的这张图来看,取消了两侧的出风口,只有后座区域才有出风口,那么散热是使用转轴式设计的另一个原因了。

当然这种情况下,也一样可以使用铰链式屏轴,7540的图片可以看出,两个风扇的上方区域就是铰链式屏轴的安放区域


回头看7550产品,巨大的风扇完全无法在容纳铰链式屏轴的存在,所以必须改变为转轴式!


所以,为了最大化的散热,大风扇的存在,必须只能采用转轴式屏轴,而不是传统的铰链式屏轴。 带来的后果,就是开合只能在130°左右了。这个巨大散热风扇的加持下,对换了180°的开合功能。 设计师为了散热已经绞尽脑汁了。
看了5550的风扇,基本上应该猜的八九不离十了

铰链式屏轴的存在阻挡了散热鳍片的直接热量散出,现在换成转轴式屏轴,散热鳍片直接排出热量。 取最佳的散热方式。

看拆解图,7540的铰链式屏轴存在,似乎是阻挡了部分热量排出。
所以摸7540的屏轴盖板(所有可以开合180°的产品系列,屏轴部位是温热的)铰链式基本上都是金属材质,风扇排出的热量先由屏轴阻挡吸收了部分。

中央转轴式设计,带来一个额外的好处就是可以单手开合屏幕了。这也是卖点吧
铰链式屏轴无法单手开合屏幕。
很多很多年之前,伦飞还在,蓝天也在,legend大腿根部还在国内横着走,大陆所有的代工厂都跑过(很多品牌的每个系列可能是由不同的代工厂生产,模板很多都是公用的,能看到各种稀奇古怪的问题和设计思路,各种奇葩的设计出发点),所以过去的工作习惯造成看到拆解就去想为什么会这样设计,基于怎样的原理。 过去日本品牌的质量之所以好,产品上产线的时候,小日本派人到工厂是全程盯着,有一丝一毫问题,产线全部停下review,所以价格贵到都死翘翘了。 现在都是定制化生产了,几百台就能上线排单了,品牌厂家的精力估计也有限了。

所谓防滚架是hdd时代产物,更多是保护硬盘数据

早该淘汰了

看到这个拆解,我也爱上7750了。特别是内置wwan天线,更有方便。买一张卡装上就行了。

个人觉得这代设计,为了外观,以及体积重量,有点过头了。
之前的工作站D面能快拆,快速换电池和硬盘。这一代为了所谓的圆弧D面,太难拆装了,看图是拆下d壳是把整个侧边框都拆下来了,很多部件凸起在外面,安装的时候还得几个边逐个去对,去检查,增加了用户不必要的维护难度。有点舍本逐末的意思。这要在外面想快速换个电池基本上不可能了。

那个时候,估计好多人要去买键盘显示器一体的工控机箱了吧?那个可是可以装atx主板的,随便折腾了。而且还有提手一拎就走,到地儿插上电源就可以干活儿。某宝上现在就有好多了。就是价格贵点。
